Our 15 log cabins are all brand new, and will be open for the 2006 summer season starting June 15. Come and enjoy what will be one of the great lodges of Alaska, surrounded by the National Landmark view of the glacial Knik River. If you love the great outdoors as much as comfort and privacy, the Knik River Lodge is your perfect Alaskan accommodation.

Even in the Alaska wilds you can ‘rough it’ gently and stay in touch with the outside world if you wish to. High-speed internet access and mobile phone coverage allow you to connect with friends, family and co-workers and share the natural wonders that surround you. Relax with an in-room movie, or read a book on your private deck overlooking the mountains. Enjoy a deluxe breakfast in the privacy of your cabin or throw your catch of the day on the bbq. Our purpose is to replenish and revive you- because tomorrow you may choose to hike, climb, kayak, bike, golf, fish or visit the manificent Knik Glacier just around the corner.

Close to the attractions and activities of Hatchers Pass, Eklutna Lake and Anchorage, there is almost too much to do, so stay for a couple of nights. We’ll make sure you won’t regret it!

A deluxe continental breakfast is served to your cabin each morning. You tell us what you’d like and at what time. Our friendly staff delivers it right to your doorstep! Enjoy fresh bread, homemade jam, yogurt, cerial and fruit, all in the comfort of your private cabin. Sleep in late and have breakfast in bed, or get up early and enjoy the crisp morning scent while having a cup of freshly brewed coffee on your porch.
